Shipping Restrictions
Destinations and situations where we cannot ship.
Sanctions
We do not ship to destinations, entities or individuals subject to Japanese export restrictions or international sanctions. Orders that cannot lawfully be fulfilled are cancelled and refunded in full.
Carrier and local restrictions
Some destinations restrict commercial imports by private individuals, cap the value of an inbound parcel, or require an importer registration. Where a carrier will not accept a destination we will tell you and refund.
Freight forwarders
Orders sent to a freight forwarder or reshipping address travel at the buyer's risk. Once a parcel is signed for at the forwarder we cannot pursue a loss or damage claim with the carrier.
